Returns & Refunds

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your items. We process all returns within 48 hours of receiving the items. We will send you an email with your return approval information and refund the total value of the returned goods to the original payment method.

Please download and fill out the returns form here and pop it in your parcel.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
   - Unworn and unwashed
   - In the original condition as sold with the original tags

We recommend sending items using a tracked delivery. ZOUMA is not responsible for any returns which go missing in transit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you are returning items from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. Zouma is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange an item for a different size as long as it is in stock. Please download and fill out the exchanges form here and pop it in your parcel.
